SUMMARY:
Opportunity within a fast growing manufacturing company.

POSITION INFO:

Check purchase orders to creditors invoices
Processing of creditors
Debtors and creditors reconciliations
VAT submissions
Supplier payments
VAT reconciliations
Weekly reporting
Petty cash recons and capturing
Monthly salaries and wages
Overseeing inventory software (working with stock controller and office manager)
Reporting to the company Directors and Company Accountant
Any other ad hoc duties

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 5hrs per day 9:00am to 2:30pm

Requirements:

Min. 5 years bookkeeping experience
Bookkeeping qualification / Diploma advantageous
Computer literacy: MS Office - Word, Excel (intermediate), Xero
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to start immediately
