A well-established private investment company is seeking an experienced, accurate and dependable Half-Day Bookkeeper to manage its bookkeeping and financial administration functions.
The successful candidate must have strong bookkeeping experience and be able to manage the books independently up to trial balance
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Capture financial transactions and journals.
- Manage debtors and creditors.
- Complete bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly accounts up to trial balance.
- Assist with financial reports and year-end information.
Requirements:- 5–10 years’ bookkeeping experience.
- Proven ability to complete books up to trial balance.
- Strong reconciliation and general ledger experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Accurate, reliable and able to work independently.
- Relevant bookkeeping qualification advantageous.
