Our client is urgently looking for a reliable HVAC Technician/General maintenance worker to join their organization.

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

Requirements:

Matric
HVAC technical qualifications (air-conditioning technician) / HVAC certification
5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working with refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps repairs, installations, fault finding, maintenance, and servicing
Proficient with manual and power tools
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
Must be vaccinated

Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Work on freezer rooms, ice machines, and display fridges
Routine services on ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Identify maintenance risks on equipment
Electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance services
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
