HVAC Site Manager

Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position;

A well-established company with over a decade of experience in providing air cleansing solutions in various environments is looking to employ a HVAC Site Manager to be permanently based in Gauteng. The successful candidate must have experience in HVAC installation and maintenance as as well as Bio Containment within medical laboratory environment

Applicants must meet the following Requirements

Must have a National Diploma / NQF level six or higher in Project management or Mechanical Engineering.

Must have 4 years’ experience of HVAC or Bio Containment within medical laboratory environment

Must have experience and sound knowledge of project management principles.

Must have experience in managing projects including risk management, problem solving and project analysis skills. 

Must have thorough understanding of project management phases, technique and tools.

Must have knowledge of general industry terminology e.g., EN 12469, NSF 49, ISO 14644, microbiology etc.

Must have excellent organisational interrelation and Interpersonal Skills.

Must have experience in evaluating technical reports and developing technical reporting
