SUMMARY:
This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in the industrial HVAC industry. Join a company with international partners and room for development

POSITION INFO:

Monitor and manage daily and weekly production with the assistance of the production planner

Responsible for continuous improvement of production techniques

Request and manage changes to Bills of Materials and Stock Codes

Ensure that the factory complies with health and safety regulations

Identify and Implement staff training programs

Maintenance of machinery and tools

Purchasing and sourcing of tools and machinery

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Production Manager

Sound knowledge on manufacturing in the HVAC industry

Proficient on Excel and Syspro

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Experience in quality control and health and safety procedures

Strong Engineering background (Required)

Qualification:

NDip/Btech/BEng: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Must have valid driver’s license

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
