SUMMARY:
With over 15 years’ experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, our client is a market leader in providing solutions to private, commercial and industrial locations We are looking for an Estimator to join their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Review all bidding documents and understand complete scope of work.
  2. Evaluate specifications and drawings, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  3. Review and highlight any discrepancies, errors or omissions
  4. Must be able to read and measure off plans
  5. Liaise with suppliers on pricing
  6. Adhere to the companies pricing structures

 

Requirements:

  1. 2 – 3 years estimator experience in the HVAC Industry
  2. Matric and preferably tertiary education
  3. Microsoft Office and must have advanced excel skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communications skills
  5. Self-motivated and detail orientated. Must be able to multi-task, schedule and prioritise
  6. Own Transport
