SUMMARY:
Our client in Brackenfell is looking for a professional HVAC Account Manager to coordinate and oversee customer service agreements within the Maintenance Division. Highly pressurized and faced paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Manage high volume of customer service level agreements
Schedule and manage technical teams
Achieve sales targets
Formulate strategies to increase sales
Responsible for all client relationships
Responsible for all client communication and service feedback reports
Invoice customers
Regular customer site visits

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric / tertiary education
Driver’s License + Own transport
2 years’ HVAC experience
Technical knowledge (essential)
Computer Literate (Excel, Word & Outlook, Pastel, Office 365)
Sales & target driven
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Proactive & energetic
