SUMMARY:

An HVAC – Project Administrator position is available at one of our clients a long-established highly successful manufacturing company on the East Rand - Johannesburg. R15K p.m. - R20K p.m. ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Project Administration qualification would be an advantage
• 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a project administration role
• Proven track record of delivering results in a high paced environment
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and radically changing environments.
• Good planning skills.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Responsible for all Administrative related functions within the HVAC department.
• The capturing of all client''s queries and monitoring that we meet the deliverables within the specified time.
• Support the Estimating, Engineering, Draughting, and Field Services staff.
• Playing a coordination role in collecting all relevant data from the different HVAC departments and compiling reports.
• Keep records of all project-related events.
• Keep records of all information submitted by the Estimating, Engineering, Draughting, and Field Services staff to other departments.
• Develop and maintain filing systems both hard copies as well as soft copies.
• Minute meetings and distribution to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all quotations are submitted on time
• Ensure that all quotations are filed with the relevant supporting documentation.
• Ensure that all standard documentation is filed and updated.
• Compile Owners Manuals.
• Liaison with suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
• Monitoring of production progress.
• Coordination of product commissioning, inspection, and collection.
• Client or supplier visits as and when required.
• Perform all tasks that are required of you in line with the company''s vision and mission.
• Adhering to ISO 9001 quality management system.
