POSITION INFO:
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Engineer degree.
5 years’ experience in O&G industry.
Minimum 3 years site exposure (production / drilling or construction yard).
MASTER level for Portuguese and English languages, if French spoken, it’s PLUS.
HSE trainings; incident investigation - CTA, safety engineering, Risk Assessment, Basic Safety Training, HUET.
Communication skills; ability to present.
IT abilities; MASTER in Excel, Power BI, MS project (planner).
Availability – site missions (offshore and onshore).
Provide assistance to the Head of Service in the implementation of DT/EPT “HSE MANAGEMENT PLAN” as follows:
Review the DT KPI EPT HSE progress plan and Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulation by Contractors.
Ensure Contactors HSE practices are acceptable, measures and procedures implemented, and all risks systematically
evaluated.
Control the work performed by the Contractor in close cooperation with his Contractor counterpart at supervision
level.
Assess subcontractor’s performance with regard to HSE, quality & efficiency.
Focus on the early identification of potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to DT/SUB, EPT and PCP
site management.
Conduct meetings with DT/EPT and Contractors representatives to discuss and agree on safety standards concerns
and potential hazards and ensure effective progress on AP (Action Plan) on closed out actions.
Review the bridging document between TEPA and DT/EPT Contractors.
Be proactive in promoting safety awareness at all levels within DT/EPT and Contractor’s personnel.
Promote Golden Rules presentation with DHSAP and offshore on sites.
Maintain updated Division Duty Officer planning and communicate to DHSAP/ER.
Review the HSE weekly and Monthly reports and the Contractors incentive evaluation if applicable.
Participate in or organize Job Risk Analyses (JRAs) with Contractors and request new JRA’s if necessary.
Ensure that all risk analyses are properly performed & all protective measures taken for SIMOPS/ DGS.
Coordinate regular audits of Contractors to ensure implementation of safe working procedures and best practices.
Ensure that Contractors HSE training matrix/certificates and ensure constant improvement of their HSE
performance is updated as required.
Conduct or participate in safety training evaluation/assessment in liaison with DHSAP of TEPA HSE training as
required.
Conduct or participate in the investigation of accidents/incidents to determine their underlying causes, check
corrective actions, when needed produce the CTA.
Ensure all HSE events are reported within synergy as required at time (incident/accident, CTA, Audit…) and ensure
proper follow up.
Assist the Head of HSE service in organization of Contractors workshop and Progress actions plan.
Promote HSE culture, follow up of implementation of such actions (SFN, REX, GR, FM, regular offshore/onshore site
visits.)
To participate and assist in the development and implementation of Environmental management System processes
