HSE Technician Field Operation (B17/FO)
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Professional experience (in years): a minimum of 2 years in or HSE or Field Operations.
Required skills: Autonomous, skilled in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Synergy, Power BI, MS project), able to operate in
a highly transverse situation and good communication.
MASTER level for Portuguese and English languages, if French spoken, it’s PLUS.
Communication skills; ability to present.
Job Description:
Know HSE documents necessary for monitoring the HSE activities in Field Operations
Field Operation HSE activities:
Support FPSOs on different HSE database (Synergy) issues
Responsible for the Quality Control of Synergy data
Leader of the weekly Synergy Follow-up meeting for DHSAP/SO/B17 actions
Provide monthly Manhours data to HSE method Dpt.
Update existing Power BI Dashboards (twice a week)
Create new Power BI reporting, if needed for OSL, HSE site superintendent, or other safety related subject.
Plan and organize HSE Field Operation Committees (presentation and report):
Consolidate the weekly reports (for each FPSO, HSE direction Meeting, Asset Meeting)
Ensure the monitoring of monthly KPIs, consolidate data and prepare (Asset Monthly performance meeting)
Prepare the requests/dossier f/ PIC (person in charge, Company man) nomination letter
Follow-up the action status of derogations granted to Asset.
Initiate and Follow-up the Purchase Order for safety equipment.
Administrate and update the working directories, Teams group and SharePoint of the entity
Management system:
Follow the progress of TEPA referential (SIM) Updates for the entity
Proper handover among the team (procedures, tools, meetings, KPI’s, actions, status properly updated and
documented).
Interfaces:
Coordination with HSE method Dpt. To ensure FO HSE actions plans monitor and progress
