SUMMARY:
HSE Safety Operation Engineer
POSITION INFO:
Ensure compliance with Company HSE management system.
Assist on TEPA HSE MS (One MAESTRO) Principle 4 (operational accountability) management.
Ensure full application of HSE Group Rules. Ensure derogations / dispensation dossiers quality.
Promote Safety Culture, HSE initiatives and referential knowledge (site presentation on referential change).
Ensure Safety Operations procedure reviewed. Ensure implementation through audit.
Ensure HSE new HQ referential reviewed through gap analysis.
Ensure HSE events classification quality control in synergy database.
Consolidate all technical entities annual HSE program and follow up execution.
Consolidate Safety Operations performance indicators through dashboard. TEPA HSE performance benchmark.
Lead HSE events requiring investigation through CTA (Cause Tree Analysis). CTA presentation to entities/ sites.
Ensure quality review to Lessons Learned (REX) following CTA.
Outside TEPA HSE Lessons Learned, Safety flash/notice –TEPA operation gap analysis.
SIMOPS (Simultaneous operations) risk assessment + dossier review.
Ensure assistance on hazard identification studies & risk assessments for projects.
HSE audit actions plans close out related to Safety Operations entity.
Assist on PPE contract management (TRIPLET w/ ACT); Year needs consolidation, PO placement, PO technical
reception and PPE audit.
Participate / Assist on Call For Tender – Participate to the HSE performances evaluation.
Sites punctual assistance/missions when robust HSE competence required.
Ensure assistance for risk control in Management of Change and Downgraded Situations
Ensure Safety operations entity reporting.
Ensure HSE site Committees Meetings presentation model.
Ensure Contractors’ Bridging Document update and Quality Control done.
Audit contractor HSE management system.
Interface with others HSE (Method / Industrial Hygiene) Departments.
Require technical entities feedback and draft action plan.
Safety Operation entities documentation folders arrangement.
Participate on Site/equipment system Shutdown preparation.
Engineer degree.
7 years’ experience in O&G industry.
Minimum 5 years site exposure (production / drilling or construction yard).
MASTER level for Portuguese and English languages, if French spoken, it’s PLUS.
HSE trainings; incident investigation - CTA, safety engineering, Risk Assessment, Basic Safety Training, HUET.
Communication skills; ability to present.
IT abilities; MASTER in Excel, Power BI, MS project (planner).
Availability – site missions (offshore and onshore).
