SUMMARY:

HSE Safety Officer needed in Springs – Ekurhuleni
Our client who is based in Springs, Ekurhuleni is looking for a qualified HSE Safety Officer. Working experience in a forging plant would be preferable. Daily tasks involve developing, implementing, and improving health and safety plans, programmes, and procedures in the workplace. Identifying OHS-related training needs in the workplace. Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.

Physical ability to do the work.
Known knowledge to implement the Basic Principals of HSE
Known knowledge of the requirements of the OHS ACT and implementation
Record Keeping
Risk Assessments and training
Min 2 years experience as a safety officer
Must Reside in the Springs and surrounding Area.
Own Transport
Reliable
Hands-on type of person
Team player
Preferable a FEMALE
Strong personality
