SUMMARY:
Our Retail Client based in Johannesburg North is looking for an HR Manager
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Responsible for Administrate and managing the full and complete HR function for the fast-paced market leader in the retail and wholesale space
- Duties include:
- Complete HR Administration
- EE plan submission and maintenance
- Full IR Function
- Payroll Administration
- Degree in HR Management and practices
- 5 years plus experience in a management role
- A thorough knowledge of below legislation:
- BCEA, Labour Relations Act, EE Act, Skills Development Act, Sectoral Determinations especially wholesale and retail sector)
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- VIP Payroll experience
- Wholesale/Retail Experience – non-negotiable
- Must have own transport
