SUMMARY:
My Client is looking for a experienced HR/Payroll Assistant to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Preperation of weekly and monthly timesheets
  • Maintenance of Uniclox system
  • Preperation and districution of payslips
  • Assist HR Department with HR Administration
  • Assist with employee queries and support
  • Assist with coordinating various employee inistiatives e.g. Wellness Day
  • Assist HR Manager with Ad Hoc HR duties

Minimum Requirements:

  • Recognised Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • SAGE people Experience Essential
  • Uniclox Experience Essential
  • Advanced Excel Experience Essential
