SUMMARY:
Our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg has an opportunity available for an HR/Payroll Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Administrative degree will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of payroll systems
  • Knowledge of Propac system added advantage
  • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
  • Financial management
  • PC Literate
  • Administrative skills

KPAs:

  • Preparing and pay all staff members
  • Managing all loan applications
  • Capture payroll information on the relevant payroll computer system
  • Preparing SARS recons and UIF as well as submitting EMP201’s for all registered companies
  • Prepare journals and payments regarding rent benefits for building staff
  • Prepare IRP5 recons and manage IRP5 certificates
  • Follow up on staff work performance and check suggestion boxes
  • Assist staff with queries regarding pay slips, provident fund and medical aid
  • Implementing and maintaining a filing system
