HRM position is available for a factory ...

POSITION INFO:

R30 to R40 000 per month Factory needs the services of an experienced HR person to join them and manage the following:

Matric / Grade 12 essential
Formal qualification in HR
Recruitment and Selection / Employee Contracts 
IT - hearings, disciplinary action, Union liaison up to CCMA level
Payroll - Oversee Time & Attendance, terminations and activations, Absenteeism, Late coming etc
Reporting on SDL, WPS, ATR, EE reporting, Union Contributions and WCA''s
