A company that has been in existence for 20 years would like to employ a HR manager. The position will be based in Midrand.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A company that has been in existence for 20 years would like to employ a HR manager. The position will be based in Midrand.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
HR degree
3 years’ experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Duties:

ISO
IR
Ensuring payments to the relevant bargaining council and medical aid
COVID reports
Grievances
Oversee of recruitment and union matters
Training
Employment Equity related matters
Other duties depends on the projects that the company is busy with

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7h30 to 16h00

Salary: R 30 000 – R 37 000 + benefits depending on experience.
