Requirements

Matric

Reevant HR Degree

4-5 years'' HR experience

Must have HR experience within the Engineering industry

Must have SAGE Evoltion experience

Must have VIP Premier experience

Duties

• Administration of employment contracts, recruitment and interview process
• Maintain employee records and statistics – leave, absenteeism, productivity etc.
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance in conjunction with Management
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
• Onboarding/ off boarding
• Scheduling training with external service providers
• Training plan maintenance
• Payroll administration
• Training and development of staff
• Skills audits, gap analysis and training interventions
• Co-ordinate Staff Welfare and Events
• Ad hoc tasks as requested by Management
