Purpose of the position:

To train, consult and coach leaders in a leadership theory that is new and exciting and cutting edge. This individual will also be required to assist companies develop in competitive leadership Brand (cultures).

Responsibilities:

• Coaching, training and consulting in leadership.
• Growing and guiding individuals to reach their full potential
• To inspire individuals in their careers and every area of their lives.
• To communicate effectively and in a persuasive manner.
• To assist companies to develop competitive leadership Brand (cultures).
• To leave individuals inspired and motivated.

Requirements:

• Someone who is passionate about Leadership.
• Strong industry experience in leadership various positions – at least 10 years.
• Open to leadership theory that is new and exciting and cutting edge – not bound strongly to any one leadership theory or philosophy.
• Flexible and open to new concepts.
• Thoughtful and idealistic, strives to have a positive impact on other people and the world around them.
• .Values, including authenticity and altruism.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Business.
