Electrical Manufacturer seeks a Human Resource Supervisor to join their team in Lesotho

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• HR Management Degree/Diploma

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as HR Supervisor
• HR practices/policies related to employment, recruitment, and selection.
• Excellent planner, organised, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills

Duties

• Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting of new staff
• Arrange training sessions with new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
• Assist management with staffing requirements.
• Address employee performance issues, training, and career growth.
• Perform various administrative tasks and process paperwork.
• Process staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain work structure by updating job requirement, and descriptions for all positions.
• Planning, monitoring, and appraisals of employee work results by training managers to coach, and discipline employees – schedule hearings and resolve employee grievances.
• Ensure compliance with legislations.
• Ensure accurate record of time keeping and accurate processing of payroll.
