Tech Company, specialising in delivering qualified referrals to pharmaceutical trials seeks an HR Recruiter who has high volume experience in the Tech or Medical space. Working US hours 3 pm till 12 pm. You looking at hiring 10 support people a week. We are not looking for a paper pusher we are looking for a person who can hunt for talent on LinkedIn, Social Media, and someone who understands employer branding, and where we should be advertising. Min a degree with 3yrs experience in hiring high volume people with medical knowledge. Ideally, you will need to be tech-savvy and people-focused. We are needing someone who is experienced in high volume, strategic sourcing, and recruitment. Someone who is experienced in all types of social media recruitment, boolean searches, networking, talent attraction, head hunting, etc.
