HR / Receptionist

SUMMARY:
Our client, specialising in the supply and distribution of high-quality engineered wood products, is looking for an HR / Receptionist to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: HR / Receptionist
Location: Carletonville
Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 CTC per month
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
 
 
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR and reception duties in a similar industry.
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
• Legal and labour law background.
• Computer literate (MS Office, HR software).
• Well-presented and professional demeanour.
• Familiar with South African labour regulations.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

• Diploma / Certificates will be beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and HR-related queries.
• Handle all front-desk and office administrative tasks professionally.
• Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and records management.
• Assist with labour law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and staff relations.
• Draft and proofread documentation, letters, and HR reports.
