SUMMARY:
Established FMCG Manufacturing Company in Boland/Cape Winelands requires an HR Practitioner to provide full HR Generalist Support to the Plant including Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, HR Reporting, etc.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related
  • 3 Years HR Generalist Experience preferably gained in the FMCG/Manufacturing Industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system will be an advantageous
  • Strong CCMA/IR knowledge
  • Experience with working with unions and shop stewards
