SUMMARY:
Experienced HRP with solid Industrial Relations skills within unionised environment. Must have a min of 5 years post grad experience. Own reliable transport is essential as role involves travel. This is an Employment Equity vacancy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our esteemed national client within the FMCG industry, is requiring an experienced HR Practitioner, who also has solid Industrial Relations background within a unionised environment.

Essential Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification.

    • PLUS, At least 5 years post qualification experience in an HR Role, including the IR aspect.

    • Strong Industrial Relations skills, within a unionised environment. Wage negotiations, disclipinary matters and CCMA dealings etc.

    • Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.

    • Drivers license, own reliable transport and willing to travel. (business travel is re imbursed)
