HR Practitioner | Talent Management | Finance, Insurance Industry | Based in Durban

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Durban, is currently seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join their team.

Completion of a Human Resources qualification is non-negotiable.

Minumum of 5 years indepth HR Practitioner experience is non-negotiable & required within the following areas:

Staff management
Talent sourcing
Industrial relations
People performance management
Health & safety management
BCEA, LRA, OHS and related labour legislation knowledge and application is required.
