HR / Payroll Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Germiston, is looking for an HR / Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Compiling the WSP, ATR and EE Reports
• General admin and Reconciliations for Insurance, PAYE Recons, Provident and medical aid recons
• Payroll experience a must (preferably Sage Premier) for +- 40 Employees
• Processing Increases, earnings, deductions, perks tax, allowances, bonuses
• Completion of UI 19 documents for terminated employees (resignations, retirements, death claims)
• Submission of returns of earnings to Workman’s compensation annually
• Submissions of TERS online to UIF for COVID-19 relief fund
• Diploma / Degree in HR or related 
• 3 + Years experience in a smilar role
• SAGE / VIP Premier experience is essential and not negotiable 
• Ability to speak an African language preferred
