HR Operation Specialist – Medical Devices – Kenya

Location: Kenya

Position Overview:

A leading medical devices manufacturer has a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced HR Operation Specialist in Kenya.

The HR Operation Specialist will ensure the delivery respect of all HR processes (operation, benefits) across multiple countries and participate to continuous improvement.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience using HRIS (Workday system)
• Process documentation experience is essential
• Experience required in HR Contract administration across multiple Eastern African countries
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department, in a multinational working environment
• Proficient skill in using a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding and application of internal and external Payroll principles, concepts, practices, and standards
• Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
