HR Officer/Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer/Administrator who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Preparing of employment contracts
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (200 employees over 11 sites) according to policy and legal requirements (leave, Sick Leave etc)
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Obtain monthly hours to pay from branches/divisions and forward these to payroll
• Maintain company organogram
• Basic pension fund administration
• PA duties

Requirements:

• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Previous experience
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
