HR Officer wit IR exp Manaufacturing Background

SUMMARY:
Company operates in 4 countries (Luxembourg, Israel, Poland, and South Africa) and employs over 80 professionals globally)

POSITION INFO:

• a 50+ staff - compliment HR department in line with Company`s Strategy
• industrial relations with staff including negotiations with unions and staff consultation processes;
• payroll;
• recruitment and selection processes and inducting new recruits;
• HR files, ensure compliance with legal requirements and ensure they are kept up to date;
• performance management system 
• training and development processes for the  team;
• EE and BBBE related processes including development of relevant documentation;
• Payroll Experience 
• staff wellbeing programme and maintain high retention culture.

Requirments

• Holder of B Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in similar position, gained in a manufacturing environment;
• Proven track record in industrial relations;
• Experience in delivery of HR Projects will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of labour law and other applicable laws;
• Motivated self-starter who can manage few projects simultaneously;
• Attention to details;
