SUMMARY:
HR Officer who is fluent in LOCAL XHOSA dialect language required to be based in the Eastern Cape, Nqadu and Mthata area.

POSITION INFO:
- You shall be required to travel to all our client’s construction sites as requested, therefore driver’s license is a requirement.
- Grade 12 and HR qualification will be essential
- 3-5 years civil construction industry related experience is essential
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
Must have firm ability to manage CCMA disputes and resolutions and experience with Arbitration is essential
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Knowledge of human behaviour and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation Planning, organizing, prioritizing, time management skills
Interpret and apply the Employment Equity Act; Labour Relations Act; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Workplace Law; Compensation Occupation Injuries Dispensation (COID) Act; Occupational Health & Safety Act and Sectorial Determination (wages, annual leave, climatic conditions)
Knowledge of the disciplinary procedure and Company Code of Conduct
Interpret and apply all company policies and procedures
Verbal communication and presentation skills (speech clarity, oral comprehension, active listening)
