HR Officer / Payroll Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years as an HR Officer including Payroll

Must have experience in labour relations 

Must be well experienced using Pastel

Union and bargaining council experience

Ensure sound labour relations including all disciplinary matters and grievances including meetings with union representatives.

-          Ensure compliance to all labour legislation. 

-          Submission of annual EE report to Department of Labour including chairing of EE Committee meeting.

-          Initiating all skills development initiatives including the overseeing of the submission of the WSP/ATR to external SDF and SD Committee meetings. 

-          Maintaining various HR policies and procedures.

-          Recruitment, onboarding of new employees & exit of existing employees. 

-          Perform weekly payroll function (Pastel) for weekly wage employees and submission of monthly admin for salaried employees to.

-          Reporting to EXCO | MS Italy | Germany | Customers on Payroll;

-          ME reporting locally

-          ME reporting to MSSpa

-          ME reporting to Union and Bargaining council

-          ME reporting to payroll (WC and BC figures)

-          Performance appraisals. 

-          Enrolling, terminating and updating employees on the Biometrics system.

-          Details/ Login/ Clock cards and fingerprint access / Changing access points / Fault finding on machine’s down

-          Recording and maintaining personnel information and records in alignment with IT Security standards

-          Reporting on COVID stats. 

-          Other ad hoc duties like company functions and support to MD of company.
