SUMMARY:
Position available for an experienced HR Generalist who has experience from a Manufacturing background.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Workplace Skills Plan - manage and develop
  2. ATR/WSP Submission and employment equity reports
  3. BBBEEE reporting
  4. Disciplinaries
  5. Grievances - dealing with this effectively and in a genuine matter
  6. Job descriptions and profiling
  7. General admin as required
  8. Recruitment
  9. Performance management
  10. Employee welfare

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • HR Diploma/Degree
  • More than 5 years HR experience
  • Experience with VIP Payroll and Accsys
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
