HR Officer - Century City - Cape Town - Perm Contract

SUMMARY:
Calling all HR Professionals!

POSITION INFO:

My client a leading international Telecommunications Company wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Professional with an exciting career opportunity as an HR Officer.

The position is based in Century City, CapeTown.

Please note that this is a Permanent Contract.

Requirements:

Human Resources experience of at least 5 to 7 years as a Generalist.
Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection
Qualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR field

Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing skills in English

Solid knowledge of the LRA
Must have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level. ESSENTIAL

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must have a strong work ethic and personality

Must reside in the Greater Cape Town Area

Duties:

Represent the Company at the CCMA

Trade Union negotiations

Responsible for recruitment of staff
Compilation of HR Management Information
Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with Management, line and staff regarding HR issues
