SUMMARY:

We are seeking an HR Officer for a permanent vacancy based in Bloemfontein, Free State

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 
  • Grade 12 with minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources
  • 3+ years relevant HR Officer experience, including CCMA representation, retail industry preferred
  • Valid drivers license
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Facilitate recruitment & selection process end to end
  • Support all facets of IR, disciplinary hearings and grievances
  • Support performance management process including probation, appraisals and poor work performance counselling
  • Review HR metrics/information & metric analysis
  • Represent the company at CCMA
  • HR policy guidance and support
  • Improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and staff retention
  • Manage talent portfolio – succession, talent review
  • Facilitate people related issues and manage all HR related admin and deadlines
 
Salary:  R18 000.00 per month
