HR Officer

SUMMARY:
HR Officer contract position available, based within the Construction and Mining Industry in the Northern Cape - Kathu area

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Qualification in Human Resource management
• Sound Understanding and knowledge of labour legislation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience of representing at the CCMA
• Must be able to read and speak English and Setswana fluently

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection
• HR transactions such has implementing of new contracts, policies, procedures, exits
• Payroll: processing and preparing hours for payroll, attend to payroll related queries
• Representation at CCMA/BCCEI
• IR relations with unions
