My Client in the Automotive component Manufacturing industry is looking for a HR Officer

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

Training and Development
Employee / Labour Relations
Manage EE meetings and minutes
Performance Management
HR Administration
Payroll Administartion
Assist the HR Manager in all relevant aspects in her day-to-day activities

Minimum Requirements:

HR diploma / HR degree
A minimum of 3-4 years working experience within the HR field
Payroll processing experience
MUST have Automotive Industry Experience
