HR Officer

Client requires an HR officer in Marikana NW Provence.

Duties will include:

Handling of new appointments and terminations. 

Injury on Duty administration.

Employee complaints Handling and follow-up

Basic labour relations

Timesheet management

Administration and arrangement of training

Filing employee information.

Requirements:

At least 3 years HR experience (mining industry will be beneficial)

Good computer skills in MS Office.

Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans additional South African languages will be favorable.

Must be able to work under severe pressure.

Must be prepared to work long hours occasionally.
