HR Officer

SUMMARY:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full HR support function
• Assist with labour disputes
• Assist with B-BBEE
• Support HR Administration for the site
• Support training to be facilitated
• Handle all day to day HR queries
• Support payroll and wages
• Support employee wellness
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to

Minimum requirements for application:

• Relevant HR Qualification
• Must have at least 3-5 years relevant HR support experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Excellent computer literacy skills required
• ERP Systems experience required (SAP advantageous)
• Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
• Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Salary:  Will commensurate with experience/Negotiable
