POSITION INFO:

Job Position: HR Officer

Ref: 3613

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R35 000 to R45 000 per month CTC (negotiable) commensurate with experience and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in HR
• Minimum of 5 years experience in handling all aspects relating to HR (preference given to candidates who have gained this experience within an automotive related environment)
• Must have proven IR experience and handling of all staff aspects, including hearings and all CCMA issues
• Must have good understanding of MERSETA grant application requirements and processes
• Must have experience in drafting and submitting a WSP to MERSETA
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Confident disposition, pro-active and driven
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to ensure strict accordance to procedures
• Well presented and spoken

Key Performance Areas:

• Fully responsible for the HR Department
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• All IR issues, including hearings and CCMA representation
• Training and development
• Ensure strict protocol and procedures for company and staff
• Staff performance reviews
• Submit Workplace Skills Plan to MERSETA according to their requirements
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of organizational skills development and training trends
• Develop the relevant documentation for preparing the submission of the training provider
