POSITION INFO:

A well known manufacturing company, that prides itself in being innovative with a global presence in sub-Saharan Africa is looking for a dynamic HR officer

You will be responsible for the following but would not be limited to:

• Contribute to the development of strategies that will help to achieve the organizations’ mission and core
• Identify company’s staffing needs and develop policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain remuneration strategy and appropriate terms and conditions of employment
• Performance management
• Reporting and management of human resources metrics
• Advises, coaches and counsels line management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
• Minimum 2years experience in a similar role
