POSITION INFO:

Job purpose; This Position exists to give execution to the development and structure of the company internal and HR Processes in accordance to the relevant legislation.

Job requirements; Degree in HR with at least three years Human Resource Expreience.

Responsibilities; Design and implementation of policies & procedures. Recruitment & Selection. Industrial Relations - all aspects. Organizational development, HR strategies & Human capital Management. Skills development & Training. Employment Equity - all aspects. Driving performance management.

Skills Development
Assisting management on the evaluation of employee training needs by use of the performance management
system
Identify appropriate training courses for both internal and external training
Coordinate and carry out the necessary training for both internal and external training
Submit skills development plans and training reports

Recruitment
Lease with recruitment agencies
Establish selection criteria
Carry out short listing and pre interviews
Induction training
Negotiation of salary structure
Lead the interview process.
Advertise approved vacant positions internally and externally

HR Admin and HR Admin Queries
Maintain HR administration and record keeping
Gather and submit all legislated information
Prepare documentation for new employees to be signed on
Schedule training
Ensure that unsuccessful applicants are notified of the outcome of their interviews
Schedule and invite interviewees and interviewers
Monitor and send time and attendance reports to managers

Industrial Relations
Advising managers and supervisors in deciding on appropriate action to be taken
Disciplinary hearings- act as an independent chairperson/initiator in disciplinary hearings if and when required
CCMA Representation

Policies and Procedures
Assist with the updating and drawing up of company policies and procedures
Assist with implementation of the company policies and procedures
Staying abreast of changes in SA Labour law in order to fully assist the company in this regard

Performance Management
Compliling,drafting and updating of job specifications
Assisting Management in defining and updating of performance Agreements.
Assisting with quarterly Performance Management Evaluations/ Reviews.

General
Updating and maintain of organizational structures.
