Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant HR qualification,
• 5-8 Years’ experience as an HR Manager.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Good Communication and interpersonal,
• Strong Human Resource Management Generalist knowledge,
• Strong Labour relations advisory knowledge and experience,
• Experience in implementing a Performance management culture,
• Proven experience in Human Resource Line Management,
• Ability to advise management on salary structures and benefits.
