  • HR Compliance
  • IR Relations with external body for CCMA related matters
  • Disciplinary Management
  • B-BBEE File Preparation for Audits
  • Employment Equity and EE Reporting
  • Skills Development, WSP ATR
  • Department of Labour Audits
  • Payroll and Clock-In Administration
  • Overtime Coordination
  • Workmen’s Compensation WCL process facilitation and registration with Easy Comp
  • Industrial Relations
  • Event Management
  • Adhoc Responsibilities – Uniforms, PPE
  • Implementation of Internships/Learnerships

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • VIP Classic Payroll knowledge will be preferred
  • HR Degree or Similar
  • Own vehicle
  • Commissioner of Oaths will be an advantage
