Position available for a HR Manager in Epping.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the HR Department.
  • Manage IR.
  • Manage the personnel administration function.
  • Manage the disciplinary function.
  • Authorise financial assistance.
  • Implement and monitor personnel policy and procedures.
  • Organisational Wellness Management.
  • Organisational Human Capital

Desired Experience & Qualification

  1. Relevant degree
  2. Registered with an HR/statutory body
  3. More than 8 years experience in a management role
  4. Experience with remuneration and benefit processes
  5. SAP HR
  6. EAP and wellness programmes
  7. Knowledge of relevant labour laws
