POSITION INFO:

Are you an experienced, top HR professional who is looking for a new venture in 2022? If so, this may be the position you have been searching for! This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified & competent HR Generalist to join an established concern in the financial services/business loans sector.
Reporting directly to the FD your KPA\\\''s will not be limited to but will include:
Recruitment of all staff - national recruitment for SA branches including call centre agents (approx. staff complement of 50 employees)
Onboarding/offboarding of all employees
Exit management
SOP\\\''s - Policies and procedures (employee handbook)
Performance management
Training & Development
Employee relations
Employment Equity Management
Employee wellness
Ensure legislative compliance - staff contracts & management
Payroll Assistance
MANCO - Member of the management team
Presenting HR results at the monthly MANCO meetings
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of the annual HR strategy
Quarterly visits to Pretoria or as and when required
The successful candidate will need to travel to PTA for the first 2weeks of employment for training and a hand over period.

Minimum criteria:
Relevant completed HR tertiary degree or equivalent
Min – 5 years proven experience as HR Generalist Manager
Understanding and practical application of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Payspace system (advantageous)
Payroll experience (an advantage)
Stable track record with excellent contactable references
Organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
