SUMMARY:
This newly created role offers extensive scope to provide support on a range of human resources functions in accordance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements

POSITION INFO:

It is essential that you have gained your experience within the advertising/eCommerce, technology or FMCG sectors. You will have a thorough understanding of working within a matrix organisation and continuously reinforce group-wide initiatives.

Reporting to the MD, our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional who understands the benefits of partnering with the business from an advisory perspective and executing HR strategies linked to broader business goals. Provide guidance on human capital best practices and strategic support services to the business. You will also act as an employee change agent and be responsible for driving the values and culture of the organisation.

Essential Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a generalist in a management role
Advertising/eCommerce or technology/FMCG sector experience essential
Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
Industrial relations experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
VIP payroll admin experience
