HR Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a strong and dynamic HR Manager to join their team of professionals. 

Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 pm depending on experience

POSITION INFO:
Duties will include: 
Recruitment and management of contracts
Administration of payroll (overtime, incentives, commission etc.)
Manage payroll and timekeeping system
Performance Management
Employee Relations (disciplinary hearings and dismissals)
Company Representation

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR manager
Knowledge of Payroll systems 
Financial management 
Computer literate
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
