Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum 5 years proven HR Management experience
Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English
Ability to handle conflict with a no nonsense approach
Strong negotiating skills
Highly organized and ability to work in a pressurized environment
Experience with:

- Full company recruitment (approximately 150 – 200 staff)

- Contracts of employment

- Drawing up and implementing policies and procedures

- All staff related issues, including salary reviews, performance management

- Disciplinary

- CCMA

- Bargaining Council disputes

- Management reports
