SUMMARY:
Looking for a highly driven leader

POSITION INFO:

HR duties in the SA Office

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Being involved in administering the disciplinary process, grievance process, exit interviews and correspondence for internal staff when required.

Managing allocated people

  • Check on the welfare of direct reports
  • Manage Attendance and time keeping
  • Ensure that productivity is high in the office by managing phone and JS stats.

Onboarding New Staff

  • Manage Job boards to aid recruitment
  • Create adverts to aid recruitment
  • Manage external recruitment agencies
  • Screen candidate CV’s to assess their suitability
  • Follow the onboarding process
  • Create training schedule’s for new starters
  • Preparation for an employee commencing work – Signed contracts, Computers, Phones, Login details, JS.
  • Managing training matrix – updating the matrix and ensuring that training is booked in with relevant trainers.
  • Creating and conducting development plans
  • Liaise with management to discuss all staff applicable to each department.

Development

  • TNA conduct one every six months for every person
  • Set up and manage organisational training days
  • Cultural values meeting to ensure that each staff member is aligned with company
  • Performance vs Potential analysis of SA staff

Integration

  • Work with Sales Director, Divisional Managers and other RMs to ensure consistent HR processes across the business.
