HR Manager (Lodge close to Bela-Bela)

POSITION INFO:

Introduction
The client is a luxury popular holiday resort in a private nature reserve close to Bela-Bela. They offer a wide range of accommodation, conference facilities, restaurants, game viewing and various other holiday activities.
Responsibilities include the following:
Human Resource Management and Practices
Employee Data and Statistics
Employee Benefits
Labour Relations
Employment Equity Plans and Implementation
HR Administration
Work Skills Programmes
Requirements
EE Candidate with Sotho or Tswana as native language.
Local candidates will be given preference.
A tertiary qualification in HR Management
A minimum of 5 years HR Management experience that include all responsibilities as set out above.
